We had a very special trip at this boutique hotel. The bed was very comfy & room was good sized and fashionable. The staff was amazing friendly and extremely friendly, everything was good. The breakfast was savoury with fruits, an assortment of different carbs to choose from, omelets to order, liked what was offered.

Make sure to get guest room with a layered cake as well as a balcony. Amicable personnel is in assisting with finding us change in order for us to leave a tip to staff. The location is very central. The restaurant serves tasty Mexican food. Will be back if ever in Playa del Carmen.

Thank you very much all for a PERFECT stay for a vacation like this. Good and amazing location not far from the sea and all ahops, the good stores and restaurants and Playa Del Carmen 5 *, restaurants and bars were a short walk to the hotel. Found time to see Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall, that's not too far from the property. The room was fabulous with large bed and the staff amicable and outstandingly accommodating.

The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from Parking. Stayed in a guest room room, it was brand-new with the patio or balcony, a hammock and SPA access. We stayed for trip and will be back:)))

The setting was magnificent, next to the 5th avenue one of the main streets in Playa del Carmen and restaurants & cafes and the center of Playa del Carmen. It also was in a beach resort in the middle of the city.

The staff at Magic Blue was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel was perfect, just off the bustling Quinta Avenue but far enough away for a peaceful stay. There were plenty of amazing bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the staff recommended a fantastic place called Los Hijos de la Tostada. The hotel itself was beautifully clean and had a lovely atmosphere. Great value for the price.
